Honestly not the best conductor for a college level orchestra where people can't do any auto pilot/true ensemble playing. He has altruistic expectations which is his greatest strength and weakness. For students that care and practice over an hour a day he is the man. I learned more about string technique with him than any of my previous teachers.

Benjamin is the coolest director ever! Though he can be hard to understand, he is the more complimentary and considerate music teacher I've met here. I haven't actually had him in a classroom, but he is a really great guy. He is really understanding about any issues that come up. If you can handle his wackiness, I highly recommend him.

Weirdo. Should really consider taking an English class here at the University. Didn't care at all about his students. Said that we did bad, because it was his choice. Everyone asked him to repeat things, and he still couldn't explain them in a way we could all understand. Worst class yet.

Very amazing teacher...he definitely knows what he's talking about. His only problem is communicating efficiently. He is from Israel which poses a slight language barrier. But more often than not, this makes things very funny!
