She was very patient and explained things thoroughly; she's a good instructor to have at the start of the distance learning program and spends most of her course explaining the content, resources and expectations of the program. Academic content was a bit bland.

Prof. Frank is awesome! She makes a topic like research something that is fun to learn...not an easy task. She is extremely patient with students as they venture into this previously uncharted territory. Always quick to return emails and answer questions and a very fair grader.

She is the ice queen. Very critical to students and makes you feel stupid. She needs to retire. She brags about all of her awards. Who cares? I want a teacher who cares about their students.

Dr.Frank's online research class was hard, but fair, concise, and her application to nursing was superior. She made this class seem easier than it could have been. Congrats on her medal from the college

If you like someone with a sense of humor or loads of personal experience to share, this is not the teacher for you. Has all the warmth of a prison guard. Seems to be looking down on all others, but it's not clear why she is superior. Maybe because it's all something she read? Doubtful she ever led or worked as a nurse? Stay under the radar.
