He was an awesome instructor. If you're trying to take baking always choose his class. We always left early, had fun, he taught us a lot. DON'T EVER TAKE BAKING WITH CHEF LYN!! she's the exact opposite.

Bill is the****! You need to stop playing yourself. He is so good at what he does! He is an amazing pastry chef. He helps the students who really care about the class. Some students dont like him because if you dont care he doesn't care for you! Bill is my favorite teacher and an inspiration to me!
