Comment:

He's monotone and he rambles using language that I couldn't understand. He would use vocabulary from the text (which would be helpful), but he also gets ahead of himself mid-lecture. It's very distracting. However, acing his class was very rewarding in the end.

Bill is a good teacher he will help you if you need it and he is very knowledgeable. That being said, he won't just hand you your grade. You do have to work for it. Considering this is a college class that should be expected.

Sooooo boring! The only way to stay awake through the rambling, often off topic lectures is to talk with the people next to you. Homework and tests are all true/false answers but harder than it sounds. Definitely not a fun easy class.

He was ALWAYS late to class. Tests were the exact same questions as homework, so it was an easy A as long as you did homework. Lots of boring movies, and he babbles a lot about pointless information. He knows the material very well, and probably should be teaching a higher level than intro.

Guy comes in late all the time. Writes garbage on the board you cant comprehend. If you want an easy A just do your homework and take the tests because they are the same material. If you want to learn Psychology then go with someone else.

In his class it is pretty slow. A lot of just him talking but he barely give any homework and the questions on the homework are exactly the same on the test, so I thought that was pretty good.

If you are actually interested in Psychology, DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS. If psy is a requirement for your degree, and you want an easy A, then this is the class for you. You will watch a lot of movies and listen to him babble on about nonsense. All of your HW is from the book. You just look for the key terms and answer T/F questions. All tests are T/F

Look. a lot of people give professor Roe a bad rep. but i think it all depends on what you are looking for. his class is primarily textbook learning. if that works for you, then GREAT!. for me? no. however, he DOES NOT believe in term papers. His course is fairly easy, and he is likable. You MUST be passionate about psychology to enjoy his course.

This class is horrible. He doesn't lecture, his tests cover material that was not assigned or discussed. He keeps referring to 1 or 2 diagrams in the book. Instead of lecture, he plays movies. The little bit of lecturing he does do, watch out! He makes no sense at all. On the plus side, he likes to call in sick A LOT!

Bill is a nice guy - not the best teacher but if you put in effort you will get an A. He notices who pays attention. Overall class was pretty difficult - had to study hard and tests were stressful if you want an A you definatley will have to earn it. In the end I learned a lot.
