Comment:

You will probably end up not showing up to his class, like 75% doesnt. He ends up going on random tangents. He can be funny, but he doesnt teach whatsoever. He uses class as a time to talk about whats going on the world or his past. Skim the chapters and take those online quizzes with the book. Highly recommend doing the extra credit paper.

A really nice guy, he understands if you have to miss class as long as if it's a legitimate reason. Lectures are long, boring and don't cover the material on the quizzes. Wiley plus quizzes were a bit challenging, but I never read the book. He doesn't believe in A-, which is how I got an A. Group project isn't that bad. Not all that bad of a class.

DO NOT TAKE ANY CLASSES BY THIS PROFESSOR. He does not do his job at all. Worst teacher I've ever had in my entire educational career. He just talks the entire class about things that are not even remotely related to the course content. On top of that, I almost fall asleep every class, which actually wouldn't be a bad thing.

Honestly, he is a nice guy and has many great stories to tell. Unfortunately, he often goes on random tangents that have nothing to do with the material. This is particularly annoying on the nights of tests. Negatives aside, it is a very easy class which only consists of four multiple choice tests, group project, and participation points.

Nice guy, but not a good professor. He tends to go off on tangents for most of the class periods, which makes for a long hour and a half. The Wileyplus system has a TON of issues, and we have to take two weekly quizzes. The good thing is he throws out two of them at the end of the semester.

Don't buy book - you need to buy WileyPlus code instead - $80, comes with e-book. This professor taught me NOTHING - I read everything myself. He talks about things he sees "relative" to business topics but does not TEACH the class CONTENT hardly at all. Read the book and don't miss online quiz deadlines. Easy stuff if you aren't lazy.

Dr. Fischer is hilarious, but he should not be a teacher. He has a lot of titles to his name, but what does that mean when you can't teach?! I taught the entire class to myself. During lectures, he rambles the entire period. PRO: He gives students a chance to fight questions we got wrong on exams... usually throws out about 5 Qs.

Class was a 3 hour night class once a week, so it was already long but his lectures made it ten times worse. Gets off topic often. OFTEN. Online quiz each week, with a system that barely worked (WileyPlus). HUGE, vague group project at the end of the semester. Speaks offhandedly. It's not a tough subject, it was the way it was delivered.

Honestly, he is a nice guy. However, that being said, he is an atrocious professor. I learned absolutely nothing from his lecture and so I was completely dependent on the online Mcgraw-Hill thing in order to successfully take the tests. He goes off tangent constantly - usually to a topic completely unrelated to the subject.

When you are taking a quiz or test for this professor, remember to never erase your answers and change them. Never show any eraser marks because he will suspect you are cheating. He abuses his power as a professor and lacks the skills to properly educate his students.

Wow. Worst class I have taken at this college- unbelievable. Tests are poorly written, lectures are boring and he gets off topic constantly. Seriously, if you can help it, take this class with another professor. I've never had such a mind-numbing experience in my life.

Very knowledgeable/nice guy w/much experience. However,does like to talk too much, and easily goes off tangent, cutting himself off in the middle of sentences. Thus, the class seems boring and goes by slowly. Not the best or worst teacher you will have. The class is heavy on vocab and lots of info, but not difficult. Tests are moderate + curved

Very nice man, but not a good teacher. Quizzes are poseted online with answers. His lectures are from powerpoints and he gets off topic frequently. Tests are from the book and are difficult. Final is over 21 chapters and he also gives the final test on the day of the final. Not that many A's were given. I would take this class with another prof.
