The website is currently showing him as at Arkansas Tech, however I took this class with him at Liberty University. Grading was tough.. The reading didn't always seem to apply to what we were doing for assignments. Can't say I was a fan of the textbooks used for the course.

He is a great professor. Learned a lot from him. It's really easy if you take it online just make sure you listen to the lectures and take notes over them. You also get extra credit on some extra assignments and there are assignments to help boost your grade. Very good at helping if you need it and gives study guide.

I took Survey of American History recommend it unless this is your only class. This class is very hard and requires alot of reading and participation for about 2 hours everyday. If you don't like history dont take this class. He is very helpful but kind of arrigant. His lectures are fun to listen to though.

Comment:

Very in depth teacher. He does like to impersonate people he talks about in his lectures, in his funny voice. Only 3 grades for the whole semester, all being essays, if you know what you are talking about, he's pretty lenient on grades. Always helpful outside of class, he helped me with my essays. Overall a very good teacher.

Dr. Roberts is my favorite professor. He gives amazing lectures and he is such a nice man. Go ask for help and he will bend over backwards. His classes are hard, but if you post on Blackboard it really helps your grade. I definately recommend him!

I've had Roberts for a couple classes. He's very interesting, albeit odd at times. He's thoroughly enjoyable and polite though. I must admit, I sat front row center and had a massive crush. LOVE the bow-tie!

This was an honors course. Excellent use of primary documents and text. LOTS of reading. HARD grading scale. Tests are difficult and require much studying. I made an A, but studied about 2-3 hours a day.
