Prof. Dileo is exemplary! I recommend her. I've noticed she has a lot of bad reviews compared to good ones, infact the bad reviews match the % of students who don't do their work, have no home training and have no idea why their in college.

Had her last semester! She is a great professor, tells you from day one what she expects from you. Is ALWAYS available to help her students! I would definitely take her again. Treat her with respect and she will do the same for you! Awesome professor!

Yes she is RUDE!!! Treats every age range as though they are in Pre-K. Little in class instructions. Hmwk WILL help with tests & projects..Very knowledgeable but very very rude, I will NOT be taking her for MIS!!!

Prof Dileo can not install Windows, RAM, doesn't understand ACCESS numeric types (it's not for auto-formatting!), doesn't know how to program a computer and would know floating point from an ice cream float. She's an Iona graduate(bad school) & her last job was teaching in Con't Education - probably for under 25K a year - sad for a full-time job!

This lady is by far the worst teacher on the planet. The amount of work given is ridiculous. Its almost as if she's setting everyone up to fail her class. She never answers questions, she only tells you to look it up in the book. She doesn't understand some of us have a full time job, rent, and 5 other courses. Horrible teacher. Very rude, no help

I think she is a good teacher but is rude and not very helpful when it comes to asking for help, but sometimes she can be nice. She can be sometimes unclear about the assignments. Some students feel they can't come to her for help

i took her for computer information system,she was very good. alot of work though,try not to be late for her class.she is very rude but if you pay attention you will learn.do home work, dont talk i class,use of cell fone,food nothing just sit and listen.

Online class, alot of work and professor gives limited teaching examples to help you. Very disorganized. An Excel textbook would be extremely helpful. Try not to take her if you can

I have taken classes in many countries and I have never seen a worst teacher like her. Her directions are not clear at all. I think that she does it on purpose just to prevent that someone could be able to get a good grade. Teacher at the Westchester Community College are usually good but she is the exception.

She is really rude and you can never be late for her class because she will embarrasses you in front of the whole class...The same with going to the bathroom, I felt like I was back in kindergarten...a lot of homework!! Does not teach very much, she expect that you learn by yourself and does not like when you make her questions!

I took Prof. Delio for Management Info System. It was a lot of work, but the class (excel) helped me a lot with my job. She is very knowledgabe with real world excel problems. But you have to do the work or she will not be happy with you and you will fall behind fast. This is a good class if you really want learn excel.

Lots of assignments due, like 1-2x a week. Be prepared to really do homework. However, if you do the work, you will learn alot about Excel and Access. Mostly self-taught by doing the work, she doesn't teach you that, just assigns it to you. Her class is easiest for students that are disciplined in getting assignments done on time.
