By far the best professor I have ever encountered. He is smart, funny, and very concerned for every student in his classes. The work is not easy, but if you work hard and ask for help if you need it you will have no problems, and will most likely have a blast.

Vallejo is a very sweet professor. He is extremely patient so if you are having trouble don't be scared to ask a question. He is approachable so I suggest speaking to him during his office hours if something still isn't clear. I recommend this class if you are interested in learning Spanish.

Really nice professor! Funny as well. I think my class was about 3 hours long, and the first hour or so he would just talk about his life and other stuff. Not necessarily pertaining to class. Finally what time was left he would start teaching. Relatively easy though. As long as you do the hmwk and pay attention.

Very sweet and enthusiastic while teaching.Sometimes he kind of assigns a lot of pages but he says to do as much as you can. If you speak spanish, but cant write it so well, you will actually learn to write in spanish with correct grammar from taking this class :)

Sweetest professor out there! He is an older Colombian man and has an accent but he is very sophisticated! He knows what he is teaching. He is patient and willing to help. His test aren't too bad. Just make sure you go through the chapter and know your vocabulary.

Wonderful Professor! Explains well, and makes the class environment comfortable and fun. He's so cute and enthusiastic about his lessons. Just do the work and study each chapter because there's always a test after and learn the lyrics to his songs; they are on the final. Very passionate! very helpful! However, I thought this class was going to be an Easy A, the tests are all open notes and there is one for the end of each chapter! Some are quite long and he has an Argentinean accent. He plays good music, and lots of conversing with classmates! Not too easy, but very fair.

Honestly, one of the best teachers I had the chance to take a class with. He requires you to speak spanish in class, he's very helpful with homework & lessons. He also gave us some pretty good life lessons. Prof. Vallejo really cares for his students, it's a give respect you get respect type of relationship. Overall, he's a wonderful teacher.

Definitely one of the best professors I've had at PCC. For Spanish 2A he required the class to speak Spanish in class, and the subjects for the papers made the writing fun. Extremely nice and very helpful.

Very good Spanish professor. Engaging, entertaining, very thorough. A bit conservative in his beliefs though. He told my class he didn't believe in gay marriage (which i was shocked by because i thought he was gay). regardless, he will give you a solid foundation in Spanish.

SOOO nice you almost feel like you have to do all of your assignments because you dont want to disappoint him. he loves to sing and makes you join in. he grades generously and gets excited when he sees your progress. definatly recomended

Comment:

He's ok, but things weren't explained very clearly. After I understood what he was talking about, I realized that he could've been a lot clearer. Also, he makes many mistakes grading the tests too (at least mine, for that matter). His class is survivable, though, if you are not very dependent on your teacher for your grades.
