Comment:

Hilarious, intelligent, clear. If you made it through 391 alright, Bollinger makes 491 material accessible and understandable if you meet him halfway. Grade was mostly a term project that he's super helpful with if you put in the effort. You get out what you put in.

Comment:

Class was not extremely difficult, but if you left out details (even if you don't think are important), your grade will really suffer. He structures class a bit differently than the other teachers in this course, and I really liked it. There is alot of work to succed in this class, but it is an Econometrics class, so it is not an easy course. I would reccomend Bollinger for just about all the courses he teaches in the Econ dept. He may not be the easiest, but does know the material.

Often gets confused and sort of confuses the rest of his class. Good lectures but not very whilling to help with homework and reiew problems.

Clearly stated that he has a huge ego b/c he has a Ph.D. I'd like to walk up to the front of the class, grab him by the shoulders, spin him around and pull his underwear up over his head.
