Her lectures are monotonous, long, and all out awful. You are required to read for each class; readings can be 40 pages+. Insanely hard grader on the papers. Basically the amount of work required for this class has totaled to more than all three of my current major courses combined. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

She is not a very good teacher, she gives tons of work and grades it hard. She gets confused herself. She treats students like their dumb if they don't know her material. She is not a very good educator at all

Honestly, this is my first review on any professor, but I though I should warn anyone thinking of taking her class. She is honestly the worst professor I have ever had. Reading 15-40 pages every other day plus reading analysis about the readings. Makes us write 3 essays for midterm/final in a 1 hour and 15 min time lot, which need to be detailed.

DO NOT TAKE THIS TEACHER! It is WAY too much work and she grades tough without saying that she is marking off for. THIS IS TRULY A TEACHER TO TAKE AS A LAST RESORT! I am a straight A student - If you want the A, do not take her. I've been busting my butt for a good grade and I will probably still end up with a B.

This teacher is a last resort to anyone taking HUMN 230. Do not take her unless you want to bored out of your mind and do nonsense work everyday. This woman took my cellphone from me during class. This isn't high school do not touch my stuff. Attendance is mandatory. I went to every class and learned nothing.

She didn't mention attendance was part of the grade till the last week, and felt free to change the points that were stated in the syllabus. Midterm and final are easy as you have a notecard and questions before hand, but the class has so much unnecessary work it's a waste of time. Whey you compare it to other humanities classes, it's a ton of work

This class is a lot of work, but to be honest, this is college. If you care about your grade and you act like it, then you will like this professor. I'm not saying that this class is not a lot of work (IT IS!!), but it is worth it in the end. Plus, she is willing to meet with students all the time and will help you in anyway she can if you just ask

Tons of work required (1-page analyses, online posts before every class, 2-page reading assignments, and a presentation) but very easy to get an A. Don't bother taking notes in class but definitely show up - she has attendance tied in with participation. If you manage to not lose a lot of points, the final can be a blow off :)

Upon reading the syllabus on the first day of class, this course did not appear to be easy. You'll read a LOT of pages and cite a lot of sources, but if you do what she asks, you'll get most all points allotted. The Final paper was optional if you did well on the reading assignments and she gives you the Midterm/Final questions and a note card.

If you love Your life donot!! take her. Take anybody but her. I am an A student and I am getting a B. Her course load is equal to about 3 classes. She doesn't care about her students. She should be fired!!

TERRIBLE teacher! She gives out a lot of homework and makes you write papers with a 2 days notice. The midterm & final paper is very difficult. She treats you like you're in high school and acts like you're stupid if you don't know everything about what she's teaching.
