Comment:

He is not good at explaining much at all in class. You have to teach yourself the math, which isn't all that difficult, it just takes some time. This is done when doing the homework. He will go over homework questions in class though so be sure to ask about them. He is clear on what he expects on exams and grades fairly.

Comment:

Tells random stories in class, and doesn't even know how to explain homework or test problems. Be prepared to teach yourself Linear Algebra. The course is not that hard, but going to class makes it more confusing. Got assigned a lot of poorly organized group assignments, and no one quite knows what's going on with his grading system

Have him for Introduction to Maple. It is once a week and only an hour long and i still find it hard to go. It is extremely boring and he cannot make it interesting.

Worst professor ever. Extremely inappropriate, asked students to call him on his cll phone kept students after class alone. Very creepy and horrible professor overall. Didn't know anything about the subject and made an intro class extremely difficult.

He wasn't that bad the subject was one that I could just show up for the test and be fine. Also, I found the random sidetracks and horrible jokes amusing. The class I'm in if you don't understand the material you are pretty stupid so his berating is deserved and hilarious.

This teacher is a waste of your time, if you can, drop his class before you get there. Its a painful 50 mins, you don't learn a thing and all he does is further complicate your confusion. Don't bother asking him questions, hes verbally abusive and won't provide help.

Horrible professor. Expects everyone to already understand trig before showing up to the trig class. If you don't understand trig don't expect to learn anything from him. Just get a tutor, and show up for tests and to get homework assignments. You won't understand anything he says.

Worst teacher i have had at UT in my year and a half here. Berates and embaresses students in front of class, and he can not teach the subject. He does not explain the subject well at all and expects everyone to understand like they have already had the class. He should not be teaching at UT. UNACCEPTABLE! I had to go see my calc 2 teacher for help

The guy didn't teach what he was supposed to...in a class like this, UT requires the students be able to answer certain pre-set questions at the end...he didn't make sure you knew how to answer those questions. There were things on the final that he had never mentioned in class. He was very unclear in his teaching. The only reason I passed with a C+ was because I had a good friend who was a genius in calc and was very helpful. Unless you have such a friend, stay away from this guy.

Quizes are too difficult, doesn't give enough time. At one point, people called the head of the dept over to investigate his bad teaching methods. Just goes over homework, doesn't explain why things work the day they do.
