Ive never really had a problem with teachers reading off slides but this guy reads and wont explain ANY of it. He gives a lot of homework, which is great for grades, but jesus if u arent already a tech wiz youll fail them anyway. And if u ask for help all he says is what u're doing wrong but not how to fix it. Basically, hes not worth the stress.

His class would have been fine, but he grades on only three things: your labs, your midterm, and your final. And the latter two, combined, are worth 80% of your grade. A bit brutal. He apparently curves though. That has to be the only explanation for how I passed.

I took mr wang over the summer and it was a really great experience. All you have to do is follow his instructions participate and you will have no problems. It is important to show respect and be attentive and you will be sure to do well. I can't believe at a school like msu people are complaining about his accent. lots of luck in the real world.

Long lectures. Not much homework and they are easy, but they're only 20% of your grade. Midterm is 35%, final is 45%. I just wish the grade wasn't so dependent on only two tests. He gives a study guide with sample problems and answers before the test. If you can do all of those problems, you will do well.

Mr. Wang is a good overall teacher, his assistant sucks balls though. Unless you want to pass, bfiend someone who likes this stuff. Midterm is hard as hell, everyone failed...had to bump up the grades like 20 points just to get the highest grade in the class to be an 82. GOOD LUCK!!!

This computer class is a joke if you were born after 1990. If you ever heard of a kbrd, monitor, or RAM, then take it for the 3 crdits. Bring duct tape to keep your eyes open. My kids can pass this class. (I'm not kidding)

take this class its very easy BORING but really easy bring your comp to lecture so you can facebook the class away , labs are cake if you know how to use the basics of a comp , he gave us 2 weeks off class and gave all the questions to the midterm and final . DEFF TAKE THIS CLASS

Lectures consist of him talking from a powerpoint for the whole time, in the lab you do easy work if you are familiar with microsoft office, just show up and hand in the assignments the course will go fast, he curved the midterm and final, the only thing is he doesn't answer questions very well and sometimes we didnt know how we were being graded

A lot of people complain, but he really is an intelligent professor who knows what he's talking about. It really is computer basics though, so the material is boring. But if you just stfu and listen, you'll do fine. That means STFU, alright?

Terrible teacher. Boring, unintelligble. he has his favorite students, and if you're not one of them, you're screwed. uses powerpoint for all the lectures, but never gets more than halfway through a chapter so you have to do a lot of reading. Hard tests, no one knew anything. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS

I knew nothing on the test, but showed up to every class and got a B. I really deserved a D. He took a lot of crap from the students, kind of a push over. But wants his students to be interested. If you show up to every class you'll get at least a B.

Horrible class. The material is boring, makes very little sense, and probably has no use whatsoever in the real world. The exams are nearly impossible to pass, but the final grade is curved by A LOT. He is a very smart guy, though. My only real problem with him is the fact that he speaks SO loudly. I always had a headache leaving the class.
