LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of work!!! I took the online class and lets just say it takes a ton of time. It wasn't very enjoyable to me, so if you have the chance, take it on campus. He's a very nice guy who helps a lot. The course is completely unlocked from the start of the course, but its very easy to get behind.

The class isn't overly hard, but Mr. Cain makes it harder than it needs to be. The test questions really, really make you question if you even read the right chapter. He also requires you do all of the optional work to be eligible to make an "A" (Making it not "Optional") The class is fun, but definitely work intensive.

I have taken Professor Cain for CJUS 201, 240, 294 and will be taking him again for 290 soon. He is a great professor, and you will earn your grade he will not give it to you but if your put forth effort you will pass. Mr. Cain goes above and beyond for his students. I'm about to graduate, but I wish I could take more of Mr. Cain's classes.

Danny Cain hits the ground running from day one and has a really down to earth way of putting things with a little tang of funny on top. He is very knowledgeable and organized when it comes to teaching his classes. Taking notes and attendance IS MANDATORY. Will help you out if you're willing to help yourself out. Would definitely take again.

Mr. Cain is the best teacher I've had. He's tough but wants all of his students to pass & is very kind with helping out. Most of our tests were take home TF but still difficult.(he's been known to give extra points to help out) He lets you know that after your first exam having a book is mandatory, so make sure to get one!

Mr. Cain is by far the best teacher in the criminal justice department. Do not take his class if you want an easy A. His in room classes are very difficult however, his online Classes are the EASIEST classes you can ever take.

Mr. Cain is by far the most "perfect" example of what an all around great teacher is. If you TRY and do what is asked of you there is NO failing of any class. He has high expectations because he knows YOU can do it. Love him and wish he taught every one of my classes!

Mr. Cain is a great teacher. He is very detailed about what he wants. Lots of work so don't procrastinate, because you may not finish all the work. Do all quizzes in essay style (no short answers). I took 7 courses this spring 1 due in Feb.,3 due in March-1 due in April, 2 due in May I finished them all by the first of April. BE COMMITTED.

If you want to LEARN CJUS, this is the teacher you want. The book is essential and used daily in this class. It's the only book I haven't sold back because it can be used later for reference in other cjus classes or out in the field. Mr Cain is a great, caring teacher and is also my advisor so my rating may be a little biased ;-)

Mr. Cain is by far the best instructor I have ever had as a student. He is extremely passionate about his work and would do anything for his students and their success. His online classes are way better than any others I have ever taken. His classrooms are fun but busy and if you truly wish to learn, this is the instructor for you because CJUS is this mans life and he knows everything he teaches without using a book most classes. I have taken Mr. Cain every semester for a lot of different classes. By far, one of the best teachers at BPCC. He is tough, but you will learn a lot of interesting stuff. "Just take good notes!"

He is the most caring teacher. He wants his students to succeed and as long as you take notes you will pass. He gives you every question word for word on what's on the test. DO NOT need a textbook he does not use a book in any of his classes. He knows his stuff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
