Very nice guy, droll sense of humor that appears out of nowhere but as others say, his dull monotone can be an endurance test. But, he lets you be creative, his one-answer quizzes/tests are awesome and as long as he knows you're putting an effort into your assignments, you'll do fine!

good prof. do your work and you'll do fine. make sure you edit your scripts like he marks them, and don't procrastinate for the final script. 4 quizzes all semester, and they're one question w/ a short answer. no tests, and the final is just like the quizzes as far as the answers are concerned. highly recommended.

Lets you be creative & doesn't give strict project deadlines. But class is long and boring- he draws scribble on the board and gives 5 random pop essay quizes the whole sem. Most days out early. you don't always know what grade you got on a project but usually he goes easy if you try. nice guy

hes boreing and this class is pretty easy... that is if you just do the work.. it seems like a lot, but i did everything the night before it was due.. also if you forget to do an assignment, its worth the effort to turn it in late, you still get mega points just for doing it!

Mr Dahlman is really a great guy. This is an oveal rating of him. You have to show up and resoect him..Alot of people skip and dont respect him. I really learned a lot in his Audio Summer class, you can be very creative. Take him and if you dont do good its your own fault.

This professor is nice, knowledgeable and approachable, but he doesn't seem to want to work hard enough at his profession. He could be great, but stays in low gear and doesn't live up to his potential. As a result, his classes are lukewarm where they could be excellent.

His classes are exteremly boring because of his monotone voice but he is a nice guy. His tests suck because they are short answer but they are worth a lot so they don't hurt your grade a lot.
