Not very systematic in his coursework. Was hard or easy depending upon factors unknowable. He seemed to not care about his subjects when I took him. Nice enough guy who probably gave me a high grade I did not deserve. He had no ideas and nothing to add to any conversation. A bad teacher.

He isn't the nicest prof. You have to go to every class, he takes a letter grade after every 5 classes you miss. His tests are hard because he doesn't give you any idea on what they are going to be about.

Great prof and even nicer person. I havent had to many professors at WIU that I'd say were genuinely nice people. Go to class and pay attention. The tests are take home and you can do them right from the notes. I went to class and missed 3 days and got a b. The only thing I did out of class was 3 take home tests.

Pretty rigorous class, all of my tests were essay questions. his grading is fair but tuff, know your material and your fine. but he has a somewhat of temper

He's pretty damm difficult Ill tell you that, but it is worth it in the end. The hardest part is taking notes, thats it. Us, as college students should already know how to. If you cannot take note well and atleast try to stduy then you will do bad in the class. I've taken good notes and passed all my test with A's, so Im happy.

He is the WORST history teacher I have ever had. He rambles on about stuff that is unimportant to the class material. He is BORING and extremely inconsistent with his grading. He believes & states that if you don't succed in his class you will fail in life. DO NOT take him if you can avoid it!

Classes are soooo boring but the tests aren't bad. If you go to class and just read the internet pages he has that's all you need to get a B in the class :) and don't miss more than 5 classes or else you get dropped a grade!

he is the worst teacher i have ever had. he gives us three tests 2 are normal and the 3rd is the final, there is no homework, he is very boring and unhelpful.his tests are very hard and all are in essay form no multiple choice.i would not reccomend this class to anyone.

He's awesome. You just can't take him too seriously because he's really sarcastic. He totally wants to see you exceed so he expects a lot. VERY informative and makes it easy to take notes. If you put in the effort, he'll love you and you'll love the class
