Comment:

Prof. Treiman was my toughest and favorite prof. He teaches Con Law like he's teaching computer programming - you learn by doing. He gives you the tools and a problem and asks you to solve it. In class, he expects you to talk about it. Fitting since he was easily the hippest in the tech world employing social software in the curriculum.

Hard subject made harder by rambing around the material with no apparent direction in mind. Spend your time customizing a good outline of the subjects he covers and be sure to attend his review sessions when he finally marches through the material in a more orderly manner.
