Her courses are always so energetic and fun. We worked from an online study program which made this course exciting and a real gem. There's plenty of reading in addition to several article assignments and discussion posts. This course and the professor were beyond awesome.

Great Professor and very interesting course. Lots of reading and quizzes. The amount of homework and assignments are very reasonable. The online Launchpad assignments are all very interesting and engaging. Overall great class.

Great class! Most of your grade comes from a program called LaunchPad, that works off your book. This costs an extra 100$, so beware. It's a great book, however. Lots of tests based off the chapters, but they aren't difficult. There are a few article/discussion assignments, and one 3-5 page book review. She's very kind and helpful!

You will use the whole book so it is necessary. All quizzes (19) and exams (3) are based on the book. The book review is easy - just follow her instructions. Discussion posts (4) are also required.

The book and access code are MANDATORY for this class. Half of my grade came from the assignments in portal. It's an outstanding book though. I kept it because, as a psych major, it will be VERY helpful down the road. I had to take a quiz for every chapter and we did four article response posts, which were graded very easily. Final exam was easy.

This class was easy and very interesting. She uses book based assignments through something called PsychPortal. They've very easy, but take some time. 4 assignments per chapter. Chapter quizzes, a few discussions on articles, and one short essay. Midterm and Final are easy. 3 deadlines during semester where multiple chapter are due.

Quite a bit of work - 19 chapters - 4 assignments and 1 quiz each and 4 article responses, and a film review. Overall, great teacher and interesting content. She is very efficient and helpful and I believe she wants her students to succeed. (2 attempts at quizzes as well) I'd definitely recommend her for future classes.

Not gonna lie. This class is a lot of work, but if you have an interest in psychology, it won't seem like work. There are 19 chapters in the book and each one is about 30-40 pages. You get two shots at the quizzes and the textbook is fairly easily to navigate through to check for answers. Great prof! Taking 2 more of her classes next semester.

Overall a good professor and an easy, yet enjoyable class. Quiz material is pretty straightforward, and the article/response and writing assigments are both fun and interesting (actually with there would have been more of them!) Very light workload, basically an easy A.

Tons of reading, but the assignments are easy. Discussions, quizzes, case studies, and videos w/ questions. The class is pretty easy, and much more so if you are interested in Psychology. Even if you are not, Abnormal Psychology is a very interesting topic.

This professor was not helpful at all and her syllabus was not organized. I asked her to clarify or give an example for an assignment and her response was to "reread the instructions". If I am going to pay money for a course I'd hope to receive a little more then just reread the instructions. I would not recommend her for this class.

She is an amazing teacher. She helped and answered any questions I have. Although this was an online class she still encouraged us to assist our peers. I love the way she coordinated the class and the assignments were fun. This class has gave me a deeper interest in abnormal psychology and I want to take more classes with this professor

All in all she was ok. I did not like how she made us post our questions where everyone could see them and answer them instead of e mailing, she was not clear on what she wanted on the assignments, and there was too much work for an 8 week class.

Too much work for the 8 weeks class online. 19 quizzes, 1 research paper, 9 written assignments, 4 discussion based on articles, and 8 responses to all 4 discussions. She also changed her due date on assignments whenever she likes. On syllabus, it said 6 assignments but we ended up with 9 written assignments. Unclear instruction on assignments.
