Comment:

She is not approachable and is hard to talk to. She does not understand that you are a student, it is all about her. What we learn is interesting, but she makes it hard for no reason. All test were pointless and hard, the final had nothing to do with what she gave us to study. If you ever need help, do NOT go to her she gives you attitude 24/7.

I love this professor! She really wants to prepare you for the real world of teaching. She grades pretty hard, but she gives you clear guidelines for what she wants. She is willing to help you with whatever you need and is very available outside of class. Go to her office hours and she will help you. Would recommend!

Tough grader and gives hard tests, but other than that she's extremely helpful. She lectures a lot, but that's because she wants to make sure you understand the material. Bonus: she gives the class donuts a few days out of the year.

She was a great SPED teacher and I have her for two classes next semester. She expects you to show up and pay attention. She doesn't just give points out you have to do the work. Lots of in class work, so if you are going to skip class take another professor because you won't pass.

I honestly did not learn much of anything from this class. She is not an impossible professor, but her lectures are so boring and she spends a great deal of time on irrelevant topics. She is hard to schedule office hours with. Her syllabus is incorrect bc she doesn't explain anything we need to do. She assumes you can read her mind or something.

She is the worst professor you can possibly have. She will go over completely different things in class than what is on the test. She expects you to read over 100 pages in the book for the test that she will never go over and will ask you four to five essay questions that you won't even remember because it is useless information.

Just like everyone else said... moody, intimidating, not helpful, vague. Extensive assignemnts and reading basically done on your own. I don't even remember class lectures because they were uninpiring. What a shame because almost all the other professors in the Special Ed. Dept. are fantastic!

Worst professor I have had! She may know what she is talking about but she did not give us enough instruction to be successful. Her quizzes are based on rote memorization from the text book. Pointless! I have no idea what my grade is because I have not received any of my work back, even the paper I turned in 5 weeks ago!

If you have a choice, do not take her. She is awful. When you ask her questions about her assignments her response is "I don't feel like answering any questions right now" and "It's your job to figure it out" even though her directions are vague and do not make any sense.

She is the professor no teacher ever wants to be. When you try to ask questions, she puts you down and her only answer is "do the research" She doesnt hand back assignments and wont elaborate on what she wants. She gives a lot of assignments and will only give you them with a couple weeks left in the semester. Shes AWFUL!

She knows what she's talking about. She expects you to show up, pay attention, and do the projects right. If you aren't lazy and aren't a smarta**, you will do well. I had to take her class for my teaching major, but she ruined any chance at me teaching special education. She tries to force it on every student in her class and is very boring. Has favorites and if you aren't one of them you're in for a long semester.

She is a horrible professor! She is picky about what she wants but does not bother to explain. When you ask her questions your answer depends on her moody. If she's in a bad mood she will roll her eyes as your asking her questions. She makes you feel stupid and I would never take a class with her again
