Very laid back professor. He assigns alot of projects throughout the semester but if you put in any effort you will pass the class. Just make sure you stay on top of the labs because if you procrastinate it piles up fast. Lectures alot but very understanding if you are confused on anything. Gives alot of extra credit opportunities.

Professor Kopka is a good professor if you put any effort into the labs then you will pass. The class is mostly just labs and him talking. He can kind of be arrogant at times which is annoying but if you're looking to take an easy course he's a good option!

It was A LOT of projects and papers and assignments but they were almost too easy. Such a sweet guy and very understand. Is very willing to help and extend time if you ask.

Its enough work as is for a CTA course(all the microsoft work takes forever) but he assigned 6 PROJECTS. They were all SO hard & time consuming. Idk anyone else who took this course who had to do all that work. Look, he's a nice man but his class is ridiculous. Not enough characters to even explain how much work I had to do. Find another prof!!!

Really nice guy, but he teaches in a very old school style. I thought the class was boring. The material covered is already uninteresting as it is, and he does nothing to make it more appealing. The class is long and goes by really slow. I found it difficult to make myself attend class. Tests are hard unless you really study.

Good teacher. lets you remake up tests and takes the best grades. you have 7 exams including the midterm and final but he drops your lowest and gives you a lot of extra credit and the tests are curved. it is a lot of work, really time consuming; but was an easy class. if you do the work and come to class you should get nothing lower than a B.

one of the best professors that I had last semester, he is very helpful when you need it and he loves what he teaches, very relaxed when it comes to deadlines and test scores, will give you every chance in the world to pass if you fail it's your own fault, plenty of extra credit. If you need a CSI 113 class take this professor.

he's a cool guy and REALLY laid back--kind of wish he was a little more 'strict' w/ deadlines n stuff though, cuz we have a TON of projects but if you turn it in like a month late he doesn't care, which causes everyone to majorly slack. def need to pay attention on lecture days to keep on top. n the info in his lessons is very interesting!

This teacher loves his students and it shows. His lectures are boring with all of the power points, but you can use that time to do the book work due that class period. The quizzes are easy, and the computer work is not difficult. He lets you turn in assignments late, as well as tests. I would recommend him to anyone taking computer course.

a wonderful guy! he lets you turn in all your labs/papers late (he'll let you turn everything in, minutes before the final). he really loves what he teaches. during class you just go through some power point while he talks. oh! and he lets you retake the test if you did poorly (or ask to). You have no excuse to get a bad grade

GREAT prof, hes the nicest teacher iv ever had, he lets you turn in ALL late work, and curves all tests, you dont have to go but if you do he gives you bonus points on tests and when i say bonus points im talking 1-2 letter grades up!! take him for intro to comp TRUST ME!!

He is great teacher with lots of experience in computers. He really knows what he talking about. He lets you turn in work whenever with no deductions and allows time in class to do labs. Also offers lots of extra credit, I got like 80 points :)I would definintely recommend him, he is a great guy!
