He was great!! I heard he retired, what a loss. He made the class interesting. I enjoyed going in every day. It's too bad he left, but it was his time. Anyone that didn't get a chance to have him missed out on a great instructor.

I think he is one of the best instructors I've had. Always making jokes even if he is the only one that thinks it's funny. He makes sure you have all the information you need to pass. If you have the chance to take his class do it. I'm sure he will retire soon and that will be a loss to the college.

Comment:

You have to understand this guy to understand how best to get a good grade in his class. The tests can be tough, but he gives you lots of take home quizzes to make up for poor test scores. Also, if class ends early, stick around! He will help you finish homework/quizzes and give you 1 on 1 help. I got an A, and I am not a accounting major.

He's a typical old guy professor. He's boring and goes wayyy off on tangents about nothing and its not even interesting. No homework, 4 tests and a research project. Sometimes he reviews good for a test and sometimes you can use notes. Extremely boring but kinda nice.

Mr. Hyatt is the best instructor i've had. He is so helpful. The material that he teaches is hard, but he was willing to stay after or meet before class to help me out. He likes to talk and tell stories. If you come to class and try, you'll do fine.

Don Hyatt is awesome. He is the only teacher I have ever had who was willing to take as much time as you needed to get the concept he was teaching. He is one of the BEST teachers i have ever had and if you have a chance to take is class do it you will be glad you did. I love this man!

I loved the old guy! His stories were ancient...I think sometimes he was just checking to see who's listening...LOL! VERY helpful, kind, and caring. If you show an interest, he will help you succeed. I wish he taught more of the classes that I need. I would take him again in a heartbeat!

He's a very caring and compassionate professor. He understands that life sometimes gets in the way of things and he will work with your circumstances to make sure you succeed! He goes over the material numerous times and let's you ask as many questions as you want. He stays after class to help anyone that wants it! Great Man and great professor!

This guy is old as hell, talks about Ohio all the time and thinks marketing is still done the way it was in the 70's........but hes a baller, hes really nice lets you turn in stuff late, gives you almost ever question thats on the test, and the answer so overall hes legit.......take this

i took two of his classes and he's a great guy and a great teacher. his math classes are a little rough but his intro to business class is easy for anyone who can read a text ... he's funny in an odd way and he's always available to help.
