Would definitely recommend this professor. She is precise about what she wants and gives you a fair chance to get the grade you want. Don't be afraid to ask questions. She responds to emails promptly. Just work hard on your assignments. Make sure it's about 5 pg. and proper APA citations and you will do good.

Professor Schulz is an amazing professor. Her class "Police and the Media" is very interesting. Extremely clear about what you have to do during the semester and wants things to be done to her specifications. Four essays (~ 5 pp. each) and a few other quick (1-2p) essays. No tests. Work hard on your essays and she will reward you for your work.

Professor Schulz is clear about what she wants and is very fair in her grading. She's a little picky about the essays (careful, she has her own version of APA, read the instructions), but overall it was a decent class. She's very helpful and clearly cares about her student.

This professor is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgable in the subject and presents material in a way so that students can easily learn. The writing that she assigns is enjoyable to do and there is plenty to choose from. I highly recommend taking this professor. You will enjoy her class.

This professor, at times, has a pleasant personality. I think she is to harsh with the grading, especially the grammar. For me personally, I'm more focus on APA style and grammar than the real issue of analysis. This is just my subjective opinion on how she makes me feel. There's a difference between lecturing and teaching.

Absolutlely love this professor!!! Extremely nice, took her for PSC 301 also...great course, especially for those with limited time since it's online. 5 2-page papers and you're done. Tells you exactly what to do to pass. Great graduate course also. Went off on tangents most of the time but work was decent. Definitely take this lady!!!

I am currently taking this professor, and i just want to say what an easy A. I took her online, about 5 papers, 2 pages each, the answers in in the text , all you do is cite, how easy is that, and four discussion board. No mid-term and final. I loved this class, it's good if you take her as an elective, easy A.

This Prof is the worst prof I ever had in my 4 years. She teach's a 101 class at a 300 level. She makes you life real complicated when it's suppose to be easy since your taking a online class. DB is suppose to be for discussion, she makes it into essay questions. Don't take her if you want a easy A. Her class is a big Headache. She is a smart ass!

I would definitely reccommend this course to anyone interested in really learning. Prof Schulz is what every professor at John Jay should exemplify. She is very knowledgeable in the material and was extremely helpful. She has a b.s. attitude. If she has an opinion she will state it. She doesnt tolerate stupidity so if you're a slacker don't take.
