By far the best professor here. Grades fairly, provides amazing feedback, and has great activities in class. Jokes around with students and makes the class enjoyable. He inspires you to do better and aim higher, and is completely real with each of his students. The best choice you can make is taking one of his classes. Medium amount of classwork.

I had him for HUM 100 and I took it online. I thought it would be an easy A but it really wasnt. I had to put in some effort overall we had about 12 assignments or more each assignment had readings in the videos that needed to be watched or viewed in order to answer the questions. To be honest its not the type of online class where you can Google

Professor Holley was intimidating to me at first, but I actually ended up really liking him and did well in his class. I loved the essays he assigned and he never overloads you with work. His feedback is always helpful and for me it was also filled with lots of praise and I loved that. BONUS his voice is so similar to Stanley from the office! lol

Although he can be condescending and opinionated at times, this was a fairly easy class. Preferred the online session because English isn't that captivating. Available via email, clear and concise.

Professor Holley is awesome. I wish I could take him again. If you have the chance to take him, do it. He doesn't make you buy a text book and you are graded off of a few essays and multiple choice quizzes. Lectures are interesting and make you think. He will go out of his way to help you if you need it, too.

Take his class! I had him for both Black Lit and English 2 and he's the best teacher hands down. He gives you extra credit and always ask how he can help make our experience better. He's funny and keeps the classroom engaged. You won't be disappointed just do your work and you'll be fine for sure. You'll actually look forward to coming 2 his class

Mr. Holley is by far my favorite teacher in this school. He keeps the mood light, even while touching on serious philosophical topics, and he takes special care to engage the whole class, whether your skill level be Shakespeare or Jack T. Chic. My only regret in taking this class is that it is one fewer class of Mr. Holley's to take.

I'm in junior high and this is my first class for college (dual enrollment). I had many people that I know took his class and recommended him to me. So far, I am having a blast! He's such a hilarious teacher making jokes and making sure you understand the concepts he's teaching. However, he doesn't use textbooks for this class. Hope this helps!

This professor is one of the best ones at DCCC! I learned A LOT from his class. He is funny and makes the environment as comfortable as possible. It's definitely not an 'easy' A. You have to work for it; he compares your beginning writing with the writing you will write at the end. He really wants his students to write at their best abilities.

Great interesting teacher! He will make you laugh but really think about the subject at hand. He doesn't lecture or teach at you, in a sense you're like a peer that he is talking to and getting your opinion and experiences as well as giving his. I would recommend him to anyone.
