Comment:

He's scatter brained and not very clear. Seattle Central's chemistry series is incredibly difficult and would STRONGLY recommend going to North Seattle CC for chemistry. It is easier and they cover fewer chapters per quarter and actually allow you the opportunity to learn chemisty. Kalyn Owens is the best at NSCC.

I too experienced his poor attitude towards several classmates, but to be fair one of them deserved everything that came her way. His demonstration experiments hardly ever worked. He did a very good job of explaining the content and always returned our assigments the next class period, which was especially nice.

Should NOT be teaching this course. Gets flustered when he doesn't know the answers to students' questions (which is often.) Shows up totally unprepared. Makes the class easier than it should be (more take home exams than in class exams.) Go for Wick or Munch instead.
