Dr. Pristach is a tough professor. His courses are very lecture heavy as well as exam heavy. He claims you need a textbook when in reality it is not necessary, a study tool at best. He does have some classes be interactive which is a plus but they are mostly lecture.

Fantastic professor. Explained everything with real world examples to help the class understand better and in a different perspective. He even brought in actual pictures that his wife (a psychiatrist) was given by a schizophrenic patient of hers. VERY cool. Extremely involved.

He was awesome! So enthusiastic and did a ton of demonstrations that really helped us learn. I'm not a psych major and would consider taking classes with him again.

he is very tough to get in contact with rarely in office. Says to purchase text book but never uses it which is huge for me i hate that. tough grader but not impossible. i wouldnt take his classes again(Not Psych major)

Cognitive was a tough class. Must read the text and STUDY! Tough to get an A but he is extremely helpful. Always willing to help when needed. Provided study guides before exams. If you miss a day of class you will be confused.
