Comment:

She covers material too quickly to keep up with, the powerpoints she uses are just pictures from the textbooks and hard to study from. Her lectures are rambly and vague. She also makes students stand and pray before class, which is pretty inappropriate, considering students might be non-christian and/or disabled.

Had her for Cultural Biology and it was pretty tough for a beginning course. She is a nice lady who really cares about u!!! However, her class requires studing and u MUST attend class cuz a quiz is given every class period. An A or B is doable if you study!

Absolutely love her. She is really nice if you go to class and readily listen to her lectures and bring your book every class. She really wants her students to learn and if you apply yourself and go to class there is no way she won't give you a high grade. There is a quiz every class, which is the only hard part she reviews it before you take it.

Such a nice lady! I thought she was a great professor. Her teaching style may not be for some (very fast paced class) but her lectures are clear and she was always more than happy to explain things after class. She gives a quiz in each class, which in the beginning was irritating, but it is SO helpful if you don't do well on your midterm or final.

Had a very rigid teaching style that allowed no room for compromise or discussion, very strict classroom conduct. Has a temper and comes across as disdainful towards her students. Very pompous, unwilling to see the student as an equal. She covered the material well, and tested fairly, but her impersonality causes most students to lose motivation.

Haven't taken her classes yet but as an advisor she's GOLDEN! She has high morals but expects the same from you. Show effort and concern and she'll do the same. She's been a SAINT to me in my current situation.She is so helpful and generous. Also, be sure to talk to her on a regular basis and get to know her because she's THE ONE to go to for recs!

She is a nice lady and has good intentions for everyone, but I think she goes way too fast. She assumes that we already covered everything she is teaching in High School, which is pretty unfair for some people. There is a 50 question T/F quiz on a new chapter every single day. I wouldn't recommend this class for a beginner.

Ok, I read the text, but where the heck is she getting some of the questions from? When she can't answer your questions in the office meeting, she just brush off your questions and tell you to read the text again. She graduated from Tulane, but I don't think she earned the degree. I think she just brought it, if you know what I mean.

She's not too terrible. Yeah, she's boring and can be a tad annoying but she knows what she's talking about. I think for an Intro class, we covered a lot and the quizzes weren't too hard and were all T/F so you can guess and get it right. Attendance is necessary but studying isn't so very necessary. Overall, not bad.

This class is a lot of work. I made an A but it was curved. There are daily quizes which range from 30 to 60 question T/F. You have to go to class and you must study to make a decent grade. This class is a lot of work! I would not recommend taking her for an Intro class, especially if your taking it to fulfil the common curriculum. Bio majors only!

This woman obviously hates her career because it comes across in her teaching ability. She treats her students like they are lower than dirt and has no respect for them. She makes you quit your job and yells at every little thing you do. There is nothing redeaming about this woman. Avoid her like the plague!
