Comment:

Yes, a lot of people have mentions that her lectures are long, she rambles on, and usually gives a history lesson or discusses her family life and politics a lot. But, although papers can get stressful, she is a teacher who cares and will sit down with you and help and make you feel like you can do it and you can! Really appreciate her grading too.

This class is an easy A. She lectures most of the class time about her grandson or politics, so showing up is not mandatory unless you want to be forced to agree with her opinions. I skipped many classes because she is so one-sided on everything and could not deal with her lectures. Not a hard grader, just write all the essays, and I got an A.

She is extremely nice. She doesn't stick to the syllabus, but all assignments are basically due at the end of the semester. She will always help you if you have any issues. I would definitely take her class again.

Very flexible and easy-going. We didn't end up doing all the assignments on the syllabus. She gets off-topic easily and is kind of unclear when it comes to due dates, but it's pretty much all due at the end of the semester for your final evaluation. We read some sample essays from the book, but you could probably find the online.

Didn't learn anything from her class except how to use a Wiki. I really hated going to this class simply because it felt like we did absolutely nothing for 3 hours every week. She wastes a lot of time in class and is very slow paced.

I think she is a great teacher. She encourages students to to have an opinion and the people who complain about her only do so because they she made them earn their grade. The class is meant to teach History through English and I think she does a good job and I wish I could take her class again.

absolutly the worst teacher i have EVER had. I agree with previous posts, do not take her. Ever. She talks about her family issues in class wayy to much and history. Let me tell you.. she spends atleast 1.5 hours of class talking about history and the issues in the world. I have never hated enlgish so much in my LIFE! She needs to learn to teach!!
