Very unorganized. Puts things on the test that you went over for 5 minutes and it isn't even in the chapter you're studying at the moment. She's very nice but she always seems to forget homework, tests, folders, something. Other than that she's a pretty easy teacher if you pay attention.

Eva is very unorganized. She doesnt email you back. She takes a long time to update your assignments to see your grade, even if at all. Very into culture, goes too fast and makes fun of people who don't know the answer. Very unhappy.

very unorganized, assigned 3 final projects and cancelled two of them at the last minute. waits 3 weeks to go over assignments so they aren't even relavent anymore, I bearly speak any better then i did in hishschool spanish two class, and im not the kind of student who enjoys not learning in class. very dissapointing.

I aced her 202 spanish, n when I transferred to a university, I had to retake it because she didn't teach us near enough. She focuses SO much on culture it is ridiculous, you only learn grammar in the last 5-10 minutes of class when she holds you late. She assigns homework after people have left, she not good about E-mailing back n she is unclear

I don't care what anyone else says, Eva Maria is a GREAT teacher and I would never go to any other spanish teacher. She jokes around and some people don't like it but she really knows what she's doing and makes class enjoyable. She does whatever she can to make sure you understand things and loves helping students when they need it.

Show up to every class, take good notes, be confident and you will do great! She has a funny sense of humor and she admires hard workers. Dont take if you dont study ( if you dont know how to do college)... great teacher!

I would suggest to anyone who is considering this teacher: RUN. Awful teacher with unclear directions,unorganized everything, didn't follow syllabus AT ALL, she was usually late for class and favors past students A LOT. Has an excuse for the unfair things she does in class. This class was ridiculous and I would suggest taking Carson instead.

I actually enjoyed this class for the first few weeks. The more the semester went on though, the more and more I began to dislike it. She can be extremely unclear about assignment or project details. She'll post something on ANGEL without once mentioning it in class,then expect it fully completed by the next session. Fun class, horrible clarity.

Hard class! Favors past students or students who can already speak Spanish.She calls on u in class, n saying "i don't know" isn't an option. She'll make u sit there until u figure it out. Lots of hw n she's never too clear. She assigns many projects/tests all in the same week but never gives enough time to work on it in class. Not a big fan of her.

she tends to jump from topic to topic but she is fun to have as a teacher. i learned a lot from her and would definitely take a class with her again. i like that she knows what it is like to learn a new language and helps you through her experiences.

Horrible. Unfair. This woman is just horrible. It seems to me that she thinks all her students care about is her class and all they have to worry about are her assignments. I will never ever take her class again and will advise everyone else there not to as well. Its certainly not worth it.

She is the worst spanish teacher ever. She lost papers and was unorganized in class. It was not clear what her expectations were. She would take forever to grade things. DO NOT TAKE HER find a different teacher! I got an A and a B. I worked my butt off and had to constantly follow her to make sure she had my correct grades.
