Hilarious and extremely friendly with students. Can be serious sometimes because wants to get the actual teaching done but he is helpful and clear of what he wants. Harsh grader sometimes but he does care for his students. Lets to work with friends which make it much easier. Overall he is amazing, take him!

Academic Chair. Friendly, passionate about subject and it shows in lecture and lab. Expects you to figure out a lot on your own with group. Heavy amount of group work. Super easyyy exams. Definitely worth taking! Would take again. He just expects participation.

He is my favorite professor at Old West! He truly loves his subject and it shows in his teaching. Take good notes and read the textbook you will do good on the exams. Labs are straight forward, He is always available for extra help. He grades fair according to rubrics that are provided. Lots of work but an easy A if you put the time and effort in

Highly recommended. Had for Ecology, Microbial Ecology, Advanced Research. Expert knowledge of subject, very helpful in and out of class. Success in his class is a simple and straightforward matter: just do the work, put in effort, hand it in on time and study. His class is somewhat heavy workload, esp. the labs. Stand up guy.

Easy class but professor makes it harder than it needs to be, so you have to be willing to put work in. Study everyones quizzes b/c thats what all the multiple choice (which makes up 50% of his tests) consists of and answer the essays in the back of chapters this is what the other the other 50% of his tests consist of

the only teacher i had to catch someone cheating on the finals at old westbury. it was very funny. he failed her. it is still talked about today by the group that witnessed it and lived it back in 2000.
