Comment:

The transfer Student seminar class is an easy pass/no pass class for first year students at Davis. I highly recommend taking this class as it connects you to resources to succeed at the university. My friends who are first years that didn't take this class seemed to struggle more than me with finding resources, and knowing what to do to succeed.

Probably the best teacher that i have had. His quizzes are a little difficult and his midterm is reasonable. Final grading is awesome. Has the best experiments and is really helpful if you dont understand anything.

Dean Wood is a fantastic teacher. CHE 10 was my first course at UCD and he made the transition all the better. His lectures were clear, concise, and he made an extraordinary effort to make sure everyone understood. He was accessible, kind, and funny.
