Worst teacher. I would not reccomend at all. If you want to hear about things like the animal farm and The Painted Wagon and Luekens food then this class is for you. if you want to learn about accounting take it with someone else. I taught myself using the computer book. he never answered questions that were asked and sometimes even ignored hands.

He does not know how to teach. He says that accounting is easy and he doesn't get why people don't get answers correct on tests. Not very helpful. I went in to his office to ask for help, and I really didn't get any.. Wouldn't reccomend this guy at all, unless you already have plenty of accounting experience.

He knows accounting, just not how to teach it. Going (where he took attendance everyday) just made me more confused than if I had just read the book. He gives true and false quizes quite often. When showing examples he doesn't do it but uses a laser pointer on an already finished example. would NOT recommend.

I would highly NOT recommend this professor!! He used much needed class time to ramble on about unnecessary topics but I'd much rather be learning about the class that I'm enrolled in. COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!!

He knows his stuff, he just doesn't know how to tell you very well. Tells a lot of stories that relate to the class pretty well. Misses a lot of class periods, missed the week right before finals. Not what you want a professor to do.

Great teacher. Actually made accounting pretty fun. I don't necessarily think he was extremely easy as far as accounting teachers go, accounting was just really easy for me. When I was in his class I had a lot of family trouble that prevented me from being in his class regularly. He was very helpful when I missed class. Would definitely recommend.

I advise anyone who plans on taking this course NOT to take it with Gardner unless you've had prior accouting classes. Gardner runs through everything fast and claims that it is all so easy. I've seen people struggle through this class. He doesn't seem to care if anyone is understanding the material
