She explains everything really well in her lectures. The path to success in this class is to go to class, take notes, and do the homework. Then you'll be prepared for the tests. She truly cares about the students, and is always willing to help. I will definitely take her again!

Comment:

Professor Moss is an amazing instructor. She flows well through information and if there are no questions then she continues at a rapid pace. I believe the key to understanding the material is to watch videos posted in her coursework or reading the book before walking through her door. Exams reflect the problems she works on the board.

She's approachable and responds to emails rather quickly. There were only TWO exams, but they were worth 150 points each--and they can make or break your final grade! The course is interesting, but if you are unfamiliar with accounting, you may have to dig deep to earn a decent grade.

Comment:

Dr. Moss was a decent Professor. She is very approachable and willing to help. My main complaint is that she sometimes makes simple concepts more difficult than what they actually are. ACCT 3370 is a challenging class, but it is possible to succeed given that you are motivated and willing to put in the work. Good Luck!

Comment:

Dr. Moss is a good professor but your grade is based of 3-4 tests and the SUA. When she lectures... she is kind of everywhere. It wont make sense at all. I suggest reading the text book before your next class.

She doesn't take attendance, but the lectures are almost always difference from the day before and the day after. So if you miss a day, you miss something new. Chapter 8 has to be the easiest chapter. As long as you pay attention, the class is not too hard. If you have any questions, ASK! She will help until you understand.

She is a very helpful teacher. She is willing to help you understand the material, and if you need to take one of her exams on a different day than test day, you just have to talk to her and she will help you make sure you take the exam. If at any point you have trouble with the SUA, just let her know and she will help you understand what to do.

Test were somewhat tricky but if you take the time to study you will be fine. She really knows the material and wants all of her accounting students to succeed. The first part of the semester she read from power points. After the first test she worked problems in class which made it so much easier! If you just ask she will help you.

I love being in Professor Moss class. I've taken this course three time and I have learn the most out of her class. The way she present the information makes its easier to understand, and that's important for accounting. She makes time for all her students and is willing to meet with them all. This is an accounting class so studying is required.

She is very nice, and gives alot of chances for you to to well. The subject is hard for alot of people, but if you go to class everyday, she will make sure you don't fall too far behind. She's great, but you must study and go to class every day to make a good grade.

Dr Moss is a great accounting professor and has a very sweet personality. She sort of reminds me of Ellen Degeneres, except she's married to a man. She actually made me interested in accounting. She usually makes a dry subject interesting. Go to class religiously and you'll do fine. I'm a math moron and even I made an A.
