Though he has a fairly thick Chinese accent, he's understandable. I had no trouble with him. He's a very likable guy with funny jokes related to his Chinese Pride. Ubiquitous Mobile Devices wasn't the easiest course, but he tried his best to make it understandable for non-computer savvy people.

Very nice guy sensitive to students progress in his classes. For some reason he remembers me and is at least interested in my developments, gotta say 10 out of 10 for being a good guy and a good teacher.

Hai does move at class pace which ensures you that you wont get through the whole class, he also has a chinese accent but these are really minor annoyences, all in all hes a good guy and a great teacher with a good personality, dont let these ninnies fool you.

Mr. Tao speaks quietly with a very think Chinese accent. If you are a native speaker of Chinese, this may be useful; otherwise, it makes him very hard to understand. Lectures are neither interesting nor rigorous.

This guy was terrible. True he was extremely easy and I got a B+ while putting in minimal effort. However he doesn't really teach you much. I learned very little in this class, which is what counts when it comes down to it. Stay away.
