He is very demanding and thinks the only class taught in Bryant is Human Resource Management. Distributes assignments poorly and gives to much work before finals.

Class consists of cengage online homework and reading, in class discussion of cases, 2 exams, and 2 papers. Highly recommend taking the professor, willing to work with students who need accommodations or play sports.

Trash. Grade percentages are trash. 15% for a 15 page paper, 30% for MindTap Assignments that he doesnt make, doesnt have set dates for anything. He just throws them out. Didnt understand my job analysis essay so he gave me an 80, his classes are an absolute waste. He sings Captain Planet and talks about Cats. Dont take his class.

Harsh Luther is a nice teacher who genuinely cares about his students. His classes aren't very entertaining at times but it is easy to participate. His papers are very straightforward and if you follow his guidelines you will get an A. The exams you need study but it is nothing that you wouldn't expect. Taking him again and def recommend taking.

Professor Luthar is hilarious. He is not good at teaching, but he is a good man. He shows a lot of videos and shares personal stories. He is also very fond of calling on random people with peculiar questions. There are many assignments, but they are graded very easy. Quizzes can be difficult. Quizzes and exams are online.

This class feels like a waist of time. He does not set any specific due dates and he answers questions by talking in never-ending circles. Specificity is not his strong-suit, nor is his ability to coherently and productively lecture his students. He is a nice man, but he is not a good professor.

Really enjoyed his class. A lot of people didn't like him but that's because they didn't pay attention/go to class. If you read the book you'll get A's on his quizzes/tests. He repeats himself a lot and talks in circles but it kills time and the material is NOT difficult at all. Check out his YouTube videos, they're pretty funny.

Luthar is a very nice professor and tries really hard to help his students understand the material. We spent three weeks going over chapter 1 and 2 just to make sure the students understood it well. Very nice and easy to talk to. Not very technologically savvy though and can sometimes be a bit spacy when remembering what class you're in.

This class is easy if you read and study for the tests. You could probably ace the class without attending, but attendance is mandatory and he does clarify some things in his lectures. I ABSOLUTELY HATE HOW HE CALLS ON PEOPLE OUT OF THE BLUE AND ASKS THE MOST RANDOM QUESTIONS. He even asks people who are paying attention. I think he just likes

Luthar is a nice guy, but shouldn't be teaching. He is unclear, uses textbook powerpoints, straight from the book. You could not go to class and ace this class, but it's required. When you answer a question you're never right... you're always kind of right, or he just doesn't pay attention to what you say, he only cares if you are paying attention.

Luthar can be boring at times, but the exams aren't too bad. A few cases both individual and group. Do some reading as he'll call on people who aren't paying attention. Class can drag on but despite the fact, still managed a B. Really a pretty nice guy. Human Resource isn't always the most interesting stuff anyways.

Harsh is the man and I definitly enjoyed this class. He is not hard and I got such high grades on the exams and papers that I could have bombed the final and gotten an A. Just read the book and participate and your golden. He is a funny guy that is a little reserved so open up to him a little and you will get to see how awesome he is.

#1 priority is GOOD group. His tests are 80% online quizes/ppt, 20% case studies/court cases/misc. You will be grading yourself and your group. Be prepared to talk in class. Bring your laptop, 99% of the class = discussion of his ppt concent! You will learn a lot if you like this field. He knows about this as much as anyone (bookwise)

He's not as bad as others have said, but class can be boring/repetitive at times. Exams are straight forward & most questions come from ppt slides. You need to at least look at the book before class because he calls on people not paying attention. He attempts to make jokes in class, but most don't find him funny. Easy grader, overall not bad.

This guy is a pretty easy grader and the tests are pretty straight forward with the blackboard quizes. You do have to write a couple 10-12 page group papers but they are fairly easy and he does not grade them tuff.

DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR. If you like writing multiple 15 page papers in groups take this guy! He is unclear on grading policies and changes them throughout the semester. He calls randomly on people in class and requires attendance. This guy is a level of stress you do not need.

He demands attendance, teaches directly from the book, randomly calls on students, is difficult to understand, and has an unclear grading policy...
