Comment:
I took this class based on the synopsis provided, and it seemed like an interesting choice. The previous ratings differ a bit from what he provides today. He NEVER replies to emails, nor does he grade anything promptly. He says he will offer help, but is a bit snobbish when it comes to that. I decided to drop the class because it's simply BORING.

He is an amazing professor, loved his teaching methods and he is so passionate about what he teaches. Very inspirational and keeps the classes intrigued to learn. I would take him again. He does assign papers and has a couple quizzes along with exams. He is helpful and will give you a chance to fix your work. Just go to class and participate!

Had him for Whose English? Class is basically history of English, curse words and the dictionary. Pretty easy but there is a final exam (which he tells you about). He's not very clear about what he wants on papers but just get to the point quick (no intro, conclusion etc). Cool Professor overall.

Man... This guy should be a template for ALL the professor in this university. I actually learned English and his work is not too complicated unlike some cracked up or smoked up English professors which makes a difference to his dedication and firm believer of higher unpainful education.

the easiest class ever.attendance is mandatory. there are probably like 6 assignments but only midterm and the final count the most. His final exam is actually hard but his curve must have been huge since i was sure i failed and i got an A. Take him! btw he is the nicest and the most understanding person alive.

the most intelligent person i've ever met. takes attendance everyday, but takes ANY excuse ahead of time if u need to skip class. most readings are found on his website so u can print them out instead of spending $ on books. extremely helpful and is a fair grader. low maintenance class (minimal amount of hw). take any class he teaches!
