Overall she's a very good teacher, she does care about her students.You can tell she loves what she does and has a lot of knowledge behind it. Take advantage of meeting with her, it will help pass and succeed guaranteed! English isnt my best subject but I passed with out pulling my hair out.

I would not recommended her for the online ENG 221. Unless you write everything the way she wants you to, its wrong. She is very helpful, but her idea of help is to tell you everything she thinks and tell you how wrong you are. There is a lot of work involved each week, and like I said unless you are her robot, shes going to tell you're wrong.

She is very feminist and opinionated and I agree w/ what many of you say about these things. She does love her subject, though, & is always ready you help you. It seems like ENG is her life. I noticed a perceptible bias and did not agree w/ her on many things. That said, she is a friendly person & a very NICE teacher. She is also super organized!:)

She can be a hard grader and lectures can be pretty dull. She is very opinionated. She requires you to meet with her 2 time per semester and you should take advantage of these meetings. She wasan't the best english teacher I've ever had but not nearly the worst.

Works very hard to bring quality to her class. Expects you to do your work...duh! Thoroughly enjoyed the class. Also took ENG 220 and I got an A in both classes....very fair grader. Allows you to have you own opinion as long as you can back it up.

From listening to how she talks, you would be convinced that she hates all men, and you can definetely tell she is a cat person. She is totally out there, and unless this class was a complete last resort, I wouldn't take it again if you paid me to.
