Had him for philosophy, ugh. Nice guy and good teacher, horrible class though. He couldn't really make philosophy interesting and the readings for class were terrible. Would take him again, but not for philosophy.

Very monotone but overall nice guy. Quiz every class period on reading due that day (not hard if you read). Grades a little difficult on papers, but see him in office hours to improve your grade. Would take again.

The course was Late 19th Century American Literature, and all we did in the class is look at powerpoints that basically went over the plot of the stories. I think it was my least favorite graduate school class.

Dr. Leonard, If you are reading this let it be known that you are the greatest college English teacher at this school. Probably the state. You renewed my confidence in English and made me want to learn. You are the friggin' man.

Nice Teacher, some of the class was interesting, a lot of it was very boring. The tests were all essay, but there really wasn't much outside work- one presentation, a fair amount of reading- but no papers, which was a good thing.

He just doesnt seem to notice when the whole class is asleep, but he also doesnt care if your paper is three weeks late...he still takes it and grades it for full credit. Easy if you can manage to stay awak long enough
