This professor is great if you enjoy being talked to like an 8 year old, writing speeches that portray HER personality rather than your own, and being graded as if you are an ex-husband of hers. I had points taken off because I didn't use the closing sentence in my conclusion that SHE made up. Who the hell takes points off for being creative?

TOO much work!Requires too much for an online class.I had to buy so much equp.to give my speeches,you also need a camcorder.Had to attend 4 speechs in the public!Has TONS of assignments due each week!Takes off LOTS of points for grammer errors!I thought this was a speech class not english!NOT RECOMMENDED,unless u have nothing better to do

She assigns WAAAY too much work, like she thinks that this is the only class people are taking! Its Speech class and half the stuff she grades you on is stuff from English class! She takes her teaching way to seriously, she gives you SO much information on what she expects from you that its hard to understand what you're actually supposed to do!!!

This woman is insane!!! I wouldn't reccommend her to anyone- she calls people names when they don't understand something and is an unfair grader. She also requires a lot of work. Some of it is frivelous, some of her assignments necessary. For the sake of your sanity and GPA.. stay away!!!!

She really helps you how to be confident but I wouldn't recommend her to anyone because I felt like it was a project class instead of speech. It's just one project after another. Lots of confusing and unclear explanations.

Wonderful, informative professor. Very tough regarding following instructions, yet a fair person. If it were not for her, I would have never been able to stand up and speak at my father's funeral. She gave me confidence in my ability to speak in front of others.

Amazing! I went into this class scared out of my mind & came out of it loving to give speeches! She is more than willing to help with anything. I highly recommend to her to anyone! :) The workload can be tough, but it's managable.
