Comment:

Great Professor! CMST 192 was not a hard class with her and you learn a lot. Always prepared to help students and it's easy to pass as long as you show up and pay attention in class. She almost always goes over just about everything that's on the quizzes right before you take them. No tests, ten quizzes and three speeches during the semester.

She is very down to earth. She keeps it real with her students. We had about 10 quizzes, each on a chapter from the courses book. 8 of the 10 were take-home quizzes, which pretty much guarantee you a perfect score. She disregards 2 of the 10. So you could get by without a book. I got an A.

I think she's new to teaching this class and doesn't seem real familiar with the material. She's nice and she's not that hard. I think the class is interesting, but I would probably take it from another professor.

Dr, Senchea is an amazing teacher she makes going to classes fun! there are 10 quizzes she drops 2 and usually goes over the chapter for the quiz the same day. 3 speeches no final great class

Dr. Senchea- "I Thank ya!" As a professor, she brings many wonderful ideas and perspectives to help one understand the theories. She is approachable. She cares about your comprehension of the material, and success in the course. Whether you are an interpretive or an objective thinker, or a portion of both, YOU WILL LEARN SOMETHING.

Senchea teaches only about what's interesting/important to the students. She will not waste your time as a professor. I learned a lot from the weekly quizzes, class discussions, and group presentations. This is how classes ought to be taught! You will be so glad you took this course: Go to class, read the chapters, and ask questions!

Amazing. Her layout of this class is the best it could be. no exams, only quizzes usually weekly, one chapter at a time and she answers any questions before hand. makes it so relatable and at this pace you can actually understand the theories. 1 paper, 1 group project both not hard at all.

Professor Senchea is a professor that is, and will be willing to answer any questions a student may have. Three main speeches are heavily graded. However, the quizzes assigned in CMST 192 are not entirely on subjects/terms that are highlighted in the textbook. Senchea is super dope. Very easy class but you will need to stay caught up. Just like any other class, show up if you want a good grade but a few missed classes here or there won't kill you. She does a very good job of making class fun! Def won't be one of those classes you dread going to.

Ignore the negative post. I have taken her for several classes and would come gladly back for more. She is a GREAT teacher and a favorite of many students. Quizzes are based off of the text and she will clarify anything you have questions about prior to taking it. She aims to create understanding of ALL concepts for ALL students, ASK FOR IT!

Excellent job, she's passionate, enthusiastic and helpful. I'd really like to have every other professor take her classes until they learn how to teach a class. I don't understand why everybody rates her class as hard. Read the book, you'll be fine! And it's not about how she interprets, she always references where the author said what she asked.

This lady is so smart and really really interesting. However, she calls her quizzes "reading comprehensive" which means that if you read it and digested it, you should do well on the quiz--not true. it isnt reading comprehensive at all. its about how well can you interpret how she interprets the text, it has nothing to do with what you read.
