This was probably the worst class I've ever taken. I hated it. It was all art history, which is a difficult subject to stay away for at eight in the morning. I got a C in this class after hours of studying for the final. Do what you can to take this class with another prof.

This class was really dull. Night class. One day a week. Only grades were from essays VERY strictly graded. Rousselow is a nice woman, but she is really... monotone. Good luck if you're a comm major.

Had in Art as Experience. Not a very nice person, especially towards men. Received terrible grades no matter how much i studied and never got feedback from her whatsoever. AVOID this teacher. She is immensely boring and terrible at teaching. I'm a computer science systems major with straight A's and i got a C in her class. Only C ever at college.

I didn't really learn anything. And I never figured out why I got the grades I did, because she only had two tests and two papers. Out of those 4 main grades, I got to see ONE of them, and there was only a note about being more clear or something like that. No other corrections specified, and yet I got a low B on the paper. It was very frustrating.

Papers, papers, papers. Can you learn this way? She grades unfairly and isn't willing to work with students. The majority of campus knows not to take this teacher...too bad she's is the department head of Communications and absolutely unavoidable in that major.

I loved her. She is tough, but I learned the most from her than from any other prof. She's brilliant, and if you are genuinely interested in what you're doing, she will go out of her way to help you succeed. Seriously, she's a great person. Her classes are very hard, so be prepared to work, but i gained so much from them.

I came in undeclared and got her as an advisor. I started thinking about a business major, so she thought it would be fun for me to sign up for all the senior business courses! Of course I didn't need to take marketing first... Then again, she could have told me to, but I wouldn't have understood.
