The best teacher that the Economics Department has to offer, very helpful and is an encyclopedia of knowledge. His tests are harder than most, only because he expects his students to actually learn the material.

if you've taken 302, much of this class will feel easy. Most of the concepts are simple but he wants encourages you to think deeper about the subject. In the end not very much about theory of money and more monetary policy and Keynes. it's an interesting and laid back class. An easy A with a scale on every test.

He is a pretty cool guy. Micro Econ is pretty boring to me but what can you expect? He really knows his stuff...hardly no homework, a few exams and they fairly easy if you take notes. He is a pilot and uses a lot of airline examples in class which made it interesting.

Awesome! Honestly even though the only way i could pass the class was to get some tutor help, i could tell he was a VERY intelligent and relevant professor. Econ was not my major so i was lost during much of the semester but i enjoyed him nonetheless. Take him if you can!!

Decent teacher. The only problem I had was his class size was 60+ students. Hard to ask questions with that many students.

Great teacher but not easy. Very theoretical and deep which would greatly benefit any STUDENT. Go to class, ask questions, read the material, utilize office hours, and would be difficult to not pass.

Great teacher! Uses lots of real-world examples--i.e. buying beer--to illustrate concepts. Go to class, do the reading--tests are difficult. You learn a lot, good teacher to take if you aren't very knowledgeable in economics.

Awesome teacher. I failed econ 102 and decided to proceed on, and I understood everything that he taught us. His tests are average, but can be a little tricky at some times. I highly recommend him. He is a great teacher and is more than willing to help you at any time, especially after tests with the material that you didn't understand.

I'd rather shoot myself in the foot than take another econ class, but he was very knowledgable, great lectures and a sense of humor. If I had to take another class I'd take it from him. Take notes and show up to class, you'll be fine.

If you take econ, which you will have to, this is the only teacher you should take it from. He will help you understand the material. Econ in general is tough, but he makes it bearable. His main goal is that his students learn and understand the information.

He was awesome for an Economics class. Economics isnt fun or easy but Ecklbar got it pretty close. Tests are hard and the two quizzes REALL affect your grade so study for them. He was extreemly helpful for the term paper and I highly recomend him for any class.
