He is very nice and taught me to write all while keeping the class entertained. Always making jokes and interested in our lives. This was the best class I had at Pima.

Mr. Bell is such a great teacher, I took his class for 101 and 102. I recommend him to all my friends who are planning to take writing. His 101 is much harder than his 102. Do your homework/show to class and you'll pass with flying colors!

Mr. Bell is an awesome writing teacher. I recommend you take his class, you won't regret it. Be on time he hates people coming in late. You won't have to buy the book and all his lectures are important for you're future writing life!

Mr. Bell was an amazing teacher! I had him for 101 and 102, he really listens and very helpful. His lectures get a little off topic from subjects, he teaches lots about life. Wish I could take him again!

Bell is the best professor I've ever had. This is the only I can actually say where I enjoyed myself and wanted to come to. He is hilarious, a great speaker and overall a great professor. TAKE HIS CLASS!!! You won't regret it!

Hands down the best instructor and easiest class of my college career. Get ready for awesome discussions, jokes and a breezy semester. The whole class was discussion and film based. We had a few mandatory films to watch and write about but its literally about 300-500 words of your opinion. If you're reading this, TAKE HIS CLASS!

Professor Bell is one of a kind, his life experience makes studying literature and film with him mandatory. He is funny, irreverent, wise, damaged, and very caring. Very glad I took him for this class.

The professor is unique. Part of the time you have no idea what he's talking about. And part of the time you suddenly get it and wonder what you missed when you had no idea what he was talking about. He is very funny and kind. Like no other class you will take at Pima.

This teacher likes to talk a lot and sometimes get off subject. He made the class more interesting to learn by watching different videos, stories, and of course his lectures. I learned a lot from this teacher because he made the class interesting instead of it being boring. The essays were easy to write and he gives good feedback.

This teacher broke both my arms, then my legs, then taught me how to run instead of limp. I hated him. Now I will never forget him. Thank you forever, Mr. Bell!

I took this class over the summer and it was the toughest class i've had to this very day. I am a sophomore about to finish my general curriculum classes, but when I signed up for this class I had no writing classes under my belt. Don't take this if you have not had any writing classes. He assumes you know the basics and it's a fast paced course.

Jon Bell is an amazing and very funny guy. You'll never get bored in his class. The thing that i like the most is that you never have to actually write in his writing class. All you have to do is to come to class, enjoy his lecture and go home, take as much time as you want for writing. Definitely recommend him!!!
