SHE IS TERRIBLE. I took her class online and based a large portion of our grade on a group project which is hard to coordinate online. It took me 3 emails to finally get a response out of her. Terrible at communicating and not clear most of the time in what she expects of you. Avoid her

She will send a mail to remind students of every assignment's due day when it comes up in Canvas. Lots of assignment to do every week (IP, LS, H.W, Quiz)! There are 1 group project that divide into 4 parts to do, but we can send a pre-check before we submit to her. She usually answer the mail pretty fast. Three tests include final (30+ Q. per test)

She failed me as a teacher! I took her Financial Accounting course online and was struggling a bit. When I reached out for help she was negative and unwilling to help. I was surprised by her negative feedback. She's in the wrong profession.

Took her half online, half lecture at Grossmont. Might as well take the full online and teach myself. Doesn't "teach" anything just administers tests and makes sure you're keeping up with Connect Online. Everything is self learned. Starts lecture with, "what do you guys want to talk about?" Can't answer simple student questions correctly most times

Took this class in Fall 2012. Returning to college to continue education for Business this Fall. Judith was helpful and provided plenty of class material without resorting to spoon-feeding. Simple mistakes add up, so attention to detail is important. I'd enroll in another of her classes, if it's online. Be sure you can commit the time needed.

This class was fine until I had to interact with the professor. Professor Zander is not helpful by any means, and only responds to small ports of your emails with little to no help. I would avoid if you could. Teaches an online class that has a required group project. Does not realize students take online classes to avoid "groups". Look elsewhere.

Prof Z is a good professor. This class is packed with work so only do it if you are really ready to put some time in. If you don't you can copy off the internet but won't learn the material. She is very prompt in her responses which is really helpful for an online class. Take her, you'll do well!

She isn't helpful at all. The beginning of semester she was getting hot headed over an email a student sent her, as the professor had forwarded and shared with the whole class exactly what the email was. The first exam taken, the email sent out was discouraging to the students that had D's and F's. No good feedback overall.

Classes are hard but Prof. Z works with you. I took her class last spring "group project members" were not helpful and wouldn't respond. She placed me with another group and I good 100% on that project. In 121 allowed me to take a test late (with penalty of course) after a family emergency which saved my grade since test are most of your points.

She is like the teacher from hell. Her picture is a one eyed photo. She acts as if she is better than you. It seems like she wants you to fail. Like an evil step mother. One eyed symbolizes an evil plot.

Prepare yourself again for a lot of information. Understand this is a condensed course, ~25hrs per week. Instructor is not very helpful. Relies on you to post everything message board to work out your problems with others. You teach each other, the professor kinda sits back.

Very Helpful and assists you with what ever you need , she replies to emails from students at the speed of light and will always give you a helping hand with what ever you need I would recommend this teacher to anyone who is serious about learning and wants to take and learn business/accounting in all of california

Be prepared for a lot of work, and little expert help from the professor. She relies on other students, tutors, references to help you. That works fine, just be prepared for the extra time involved to utilize those resources. Not much professing.

Online condensed course is a lot of work...25-30 hrs per week. Professor is nice, but I agree with others - she is not very helpful. She will refer you to tutors or discussion board to solve your issue rather than spending time working on your issue individually. Understand her classload is full, but it's a hassle to get enaything out of the prof.

Great teacher! The online courses used a program that allows you to learn better, and learn what you did wrong. Took both 120 and 121. She is quick to get back to emails and is very kind. While this class is difficult, it is enjoyable if you want to learn accounting. As long as you pay attention to dead lines and put in the effort, you'll do fine.

Oh my gosh! I was so glad when the class was over because, to me, the class was hard. Teacher is very nice but not very helpful. The class was super hard for me. Teacher does not give extra credit but she dropped our worst quiz. I barely received a B.

Fast paced class. Large work load, but manageable at 1-2hr per day. Z is very helpful. Answers questions in a manner to force you to do the work, not just copy and paste. Don't like accounting, but I can't say anything bad about the professor. Online work is easy because it's all online. Ctrl F everything!

I did the half semester for BUS120 and this is a demanding class. If you have the chance take the full semester class or pick another class! The half semester is way too jam packed to feel like you got any real learning accomplished you just move to the next assignment!

Hard Class: Online Course. CH quiz, homework, and 80 question multiple choice assignment due every 2 days. Exams every week cover 3 chapters. 3 excel assignments - reasonable, very receptive to emails, book is a little expensive but MANDATORY. DO NOT take this class if you have other summer school classes. I got a D, and I worked hard for my D.

I took this course as an online course. The material is difficult, but as with most online courses, you have to be fairly independent. If you need a lot of attention from your instructor, do not take this course online. Judy answers questions, and helps guide you to the answer without giving it to you.
