Professor Bauer truly wants you to do well. She gives out study guides before her exams which really help you prepare. Yes, it is a lot of material, but the way she breaks it down helps a lot. Plus, she gives extra credit towards the end of the semester. I have an A going into the final.

interesting class, professor Bauer is good and very informative, lectures are all from power points, don't need the book, a lot of assignments, in class activities pretty much every class, all quizzes and midterm and final are multiple choice, 3 big paper due, not an easy class but with a little bit of effort you will get an A

A straight forward professor. Exams were multiple choice. All the assignments just felt like busy work. Class is titled as "advanced nutrition" but its not advanced at all. Its another general nutrition class. Besides that no complaints. Don't bother getting the expensive textbook she doesn't use at all and just uses slides.

Professor Bauer is extremely knowledgeable and explains the course material clearly and effectively. Her exams can be difficult though, so be sure to keep up with studying. Also, she takes attendance every class so make sure to be on time.

not bad of a professor, helpful and lectures with powerpoints, she gives you the provelege to download her notes and powerpoitns b4 class. Tests are multiple choice (hard) but shes alright. Just study and do well on the quizzes.

boring as hell. she is always late to class. the work seems difficult and a lot for a one credit course, but i got an A. i would not not recommend her. you will definitely get a good grade.

Gave handouts for every chapter which tests (multiple choice) were based on. It's easy if you actually read the material, but a ton of people in my class completely slacked off and did really poorly. Overall, great professor/class. Sweet lady.
