Absolutely loved having her as a teacher!!! I actually learned so much during lectures that when i needed to take the test I barely needed to study she really is a great teacher! I have personally reccommended her to friends she is wonderful

Comment:

While her honors course was one of the most home-work-intensive experiences of my higher education life, it was also one of the best. She is passionate, cares about her students, and will help you to understand any concept. She is organized, professional, and has a wealth of knowledge to share. Must attend every class. Highly recommended.

I loved Kelly! There are group projects she assigns but they are very easy. After every few chapters, she would give a test. I believe there was only four tests. Just study her PowerPoints and you will get an A. You don't need the book. You can tell Kelly is really passionate about the subject. Her lectures are amazing as well as labs!

Amazing teacher. She is vague though on the syllabus making projects more difficult than they need to be. Even talking to her it doesn't clear thing up on what you particularly need to do. Lectures are enjoyable and she responds quite quickly to emails. If you do take her do get ready to do projects.

Enjoyable class and not overly difficult or complicated. Expectations are very clear, and she takes the time to answer any questions and give feedback. The exams are unique in that they are one part individual, and one part group.

Kelly is on of the best proffesors i have had the honor of taking, she is real respectful and cares deeply about her students. she takes the time to give certain information if need be. 10/10 would take this class again

10/10. She was the best professor I've ever had. Me and my friends still regularly discuss things we learned in class, and that was almost a year ago. She really inspired and impacted me and my friends. If I could, I'd take this class again. :)

This class give us a lot of useful information and it was never boring. She's okay with technology in class, like taking notes on our tablets or laptops. She is on time and prepared each day, very friendly, and very respectful of her students.

Kelly was an amazing teacher, she is passionate about what she teaches, and is really sweet. She grades fairly, and her tests are mostly multiple choice, true or false, and there are a couple essay questions, but as long as you study a bit they're not hard. I highly recommend her class, I would take it again.

Any one interested in plant sciences should take BIO222 with Kelly. Her lectures are very clear and to the point and she makes sure to answer any question you have. The labs are independent, but she's always there to help. Tests are challenging sometimes, but the content is no surprise. Overall, a great class and a great teacher!

Comment:

Kelly has been one of my favorite teachers while attending CLC. She is so intelligent and a real pro when it comes to biology. She's super sweet and her lessons are easy to follow. Most of the labs are basically field trips to national parks which makes the learning fun. If you are going to take a biology class, I would highly recommend her.

Kelly is very good teacher. You learn a lot of info, so make sure that you are there on time and take good notes. Labs were easy and so were the two projects. Just study your notes and you will be able to pass the tests.
