She was great. Her teaching style was very good and easy to understand. But if you missed one day it was very hard to come back. Thats why its very important to come to that class every day and write down problems that students want her to go over. She gives alot of partial credit too if you miss a problem on her tests :) I would recomend her

SHE DOESNT TEACH. SHE WRITES THE PROBLEM ON THE BOARD AND YOU FIGURE OUT THE REST FOR YOURSELF. GOING TO HER OFFICE HOURS DOESNT HELP EITHER. SHE IS CONFUSING AND MISLEADING. SHE ALSO MAKES YOU FEEL STUPID FOR ASKING QUESTIONS DURING CLASS. HER TEST ARE RIDICULOUS AND SHE DOESNT GIVE A STUDY GUIDE. DONT TAKE HER. TAKE STEPP IF YOU CAN.

This teacher was a horrible teacher and i had her for 2, that's right, 2 days. The lectures had nothing to do with the homework and she could not explain the material in a manner that made any sense. Do NOT take this teacher if you can help it.

Not the best teach, but not the worst, i can see why some people like her, but i didn't. She answers questions but can be alittle rude with her answers, she does not like talking or any thing in class. I took her for pre-calc and did ok. now i have her again for calc 2.

Probably the best thing about this class was that she kept the pace slow and made sure everyone was on the same page before moving on. The trick is to do the homework every time. This class was really enjoyable as far as math classes go.

She's so much better than most of these ratings have been, seriously, I had to drop the class because I'm taking 5 classes right now and it was too much for me, but she had nothing to do with that. She was very nice about helping people when needed and explaining what people didn't understand.

Unwilling to assist students during office hours on topics that had been already covered in class, even though she didn't discuss them thoroughly during the class period. Did not provide a consistent syllabus. Also, tests did not follow textbook material. Made this subject as difficult as possible, even for "A" students.

This woman didn't teach. She acted like if you didn't understand it was an insult to her. She would laugh and look down on you when you raised your hand with the wrong answer. She shouldn't teach, she doesn't care whether you learn or not, whether you pass or not, or whether you like her or not. She is burnt out. She should retire.

TERRIBLE TEACHER UNLESS YOU ARE A MATH WHIZ. IF YOU ARE NOT BORED IN MATH CLASSES DON'T TAKE HER. RUDE RESPONSES IF YOU ASK QUESTIONS IN CLASS. WILLING BUT NOT HELPFUL IN OFFICE HOURS. WORST GRADE I EVER GOT. HARDEST POSSIBLE QUESTIONS WILL BE ON EVERY TEST. I WAS HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND REALLY WANTED TO LEARN AND ENJOY THIS SUBJECT AND SHE RUINED IT.

Dr. Griffin is great! I love her style of teaching! To learn, you MUST attend class or you'll get left behind as in any math class. Attendance isn't taken, but your grade will pay if you skip class "just because." She is very helpful and works problems step by step that anyone has trouble on. A VERY nice lady. Respect her and she will respect you!

Very thorough and helpful. DO THE HOMEWORK, you won't be able to do well without it! The labs and worksheets and quizzes are a great supplement to your grade, and really help with the tests. I also believe she does completing the square problems over her breakfast every morning, she got so excited about them when we got to that section!

She knows what she is doing, but she often goes very fast and the test are very detailed. I think at times she is tricky making the tests. I never got a grade lower than a be since begining college and I dropped her class. There are much better teachers.

Very good teacher. She explains the reasons behind the math. She has a very visual approach, which I appreciate greatly. Her labs are helpful and reflect what is expected on quizzes. The tests can be difficult, in-depth studying is needed to do well on tests. All in all, I really enjoy her class!
