Horrible. If I wanted to learn Stats the military way I would have. Not willing to listen to students questions or comments inside or outside of class. I like hard classes and still did well but that is only because I taught myself from the text book. Every week I dreaded going to class because I hated his teaching so much. Worst professor ever.

Mr. Fortuna is an awesome teacher. I was not looking forward to taking this class very much before, but he has helped me realize that I can do math very well and that I love it. He is always available to help any and all students at almost any time, including former students taking other math courses. Class is always covers all content thoroughtly.

Len Fortuna is a wonderful man and teacher. Math is difficult for me, but with his help I was able to get through it. His true gift is that he is able to explain math to those who have a hard time understanding it(which many math teachers do not know how to do) He truly cares about his students.. without his help I never would have made it through!

I HATE math (prob. because I've been made to feel stupid all my life). Prof. Fortuna is my savior. If you have to take math, take it with him. He's honest, helpful, sincere, AWESOME and funny. USM is lucky to have him.

Sincere, fair, and caring. Great professor to have if you HATE math. His teaching style brings a hard topic down to a student's level. Strongly recommend this professor. He makes statistics tolerable. Would never have passed this course with anyone else.
