SOC 200 Online Fast track is definitely a good class to take for units / area requirements.. I also had no trouble communicating with her. Responds to emails within same day and can be reached by phone. Most exams were untimed. Video reviews and easy writing assignments.

The only positive about this class was that expectations were explicitly stated and each week's format was relatively the same. SHE DOES NOT ANSWER E-MAILS. Also, some questions on the quizzes were graded incorrectly but never fixed. I would not suggest taking this class online. Perhaps she is a better educator in person?

I took this class the last 8 weeks online and it was super easy. There were no tests but the weekly quizzes. There is DB's, chapter critiques (which you can BS)and video reviews. The only downside of the professor is horrible at communication!

Stellar professor, Learned so much about Native American culture. At 57 yrs. old I never got this in early history. Makes me made at out Federal and State so-called leaders and what they did to a wonderful people. READ THE BOOK!

This is an okay class, but one frustrating thing is that their are many wrong answers on the quizes. People e-mailed the prof about it, and she sent an announcement saying "I'll look into it" but nothing was done, and people missed alot of points because of it. It's too bad, something like that should've been addressed immediately.

(online) very easy class to take! I got an A and didnt really try! Each week there is one quiz, discussion board, article review/movie review, and you MUST to read! fast to e-mail back! I had no problems with the class. very easy to understand but its important to go to the meeting...overall, easy A!

(online) Her grading is unclear and the syllabus isn't detailed. I never really understood what she wanted. I did a lot of guessing as far as where to turn in hw and what discussion posts to do. She is passionate but you will not see or hear from her after the orientation. Even when sending group emails she is still very unclear. Easy A though.

Do not take this class if you want any interaction or feedback from the instructor. Never responded to any emails never posted to any of the discussions. The only thing that was worse was the lack of participation from the other students. A few were good and posted but some waiting until the last day to post. Learned alot but all on my own.

online class was very easy. weekly quizzes, weekly DB topics and 2 essays for the class is the bulk. very internet savvy w/media, etc. but VERY long to reply to emails, if you're ever lucky enough to get a response! overall great, easy teacher and open minded...

Lots of group work and individual participation. The class and grade scale was really loosely structured. Linda is really nice and helpful, although she is unorganized. You can miss a couple of classes and assignments and still get an A.

professor locklear is an awesome teacher. this was a very fun and easy class. she grades on a curve. on the tests, we had a group test, take home and 2 open note tests awesome class and great teacher. has a great sense of humor and easy to understand. overall great class highly recommend this teacher

Her online class is easy.....i'm an ESL student, meaning that i'm not good at english (im learning) and I passed her class ........everything is easy just the quizes were kind of hard for me because there was alot of new vocabulary...but I recommend her.

Locklear was a great teacher! VERY easy! I would definitely recommend her on-line class! Not too much teacher-student communication for this class, but her outline is extremely easy and you learn a lot! She is very sweet and willing to help if you are in need. This class is great if you need units/pressed for time and have a billion other classes!

I had her for Human Sexuality. She is awesome. The class was always entertaining and always went by fast. She is very flexible and willing to help. AWESOME TEACHER!
