Comment:

Ms. Mikitch is the best professor and this class is extremely interesting. If you're curious about going into medical, or even if you're not, I strongly recommend taking this course. She is the most caring and kind person and her lectures are never boring. You're graded by take home quizzes and tests. 5 bonus questions for extra credit on each test

There isn't enough room here to say all of the positive things possible about Dr Mikitch. She is kind and compassionate, full of knowledge and experience. She does use the entire class period but her stories are relevant and she adds a lot of insight. I wish there were more professors like her! She is passionate about the material and the students.

She is the best teacher Ive ever had. Her lectures keep you interested and you learn a lot. She is sweet, caring, nice, and funny. Her tests are easy because she tells you exactly what to study and what will be on there. Chances for bonus points. Shes overall a great person and If youre thinking of finding another teacher besides her.. DONT

By far one of my favorite professors at Macomb. Super down to earth and real. Explains everything very thoroughly and very fair on her tests and quizzes. 100% recommend.

Professor Lisa is great! I took her for lifespan development. Her stories are the best! Shes super sweet and caring and gives good notes. Study her notes and read what she tells you and you should be able to get a solid A. Great teacher would take again

She loves telling stories from her life but it makes the class more fun. I enjoyed the lectures and the tests are predictable based on the notes you take. But, if you don't like taking notes, then I don't recommend her.

An amazing teacher and an amazing person. She is very open-minded and has a lot of knowledge about the world and people. Test requirements are very clear and she is very helpful. Would recommend, would take again!

I wish she taught every subject. She has interesting stories to share, she is funny, kind, and all around a pleasent person to be around. You need to be in class to get her stories that she shares with the lectures, because those will help you remember on your test later on. Stay off your phones, she hates that, and she deserves your attention.

Miss is the best!! Honestly the best professor that I've ever had. She is sooo sweet and funny and makes class so enjoyable! You will never dread going to class. She is also extremely knowledgeable. She explains things so clearly and will help you out with whatever you need and always answers whatever questions you may have. 10/10

I love professor M. Her exams come from the notes. Her assignments are easy and extra credit is given randomly so come to class! I took for intro to psych and lifespan. Both times she was amazing. She tells great stories that tie in with the material. She can be long winded LOL but that's ok she gets to the point eventually;-)

LOVED PROF MIKITCH! Sweet lady, lovely stories, passionate toward helping her students. Offered tons of EC, assignments were easy and she helped us before wed turn them in so everyone basically got As on everything. Love love love her! Best psych professor EVER!

Ms was by FAR one of the best professors I've had. I took her in the spring/summer 2019 semester (lifespan development). Her lectures were amazing as she related everything to real life with her stories. You're graded on 3 exams and 4 homework assignments. I wish I could take her for every subject, she's the best.

I was in one of her 4 hour lecture classes once a week and was dreading it. However, she is an amazing professor. She is great at giving lectures and helps you understand all of the material. You will need to take lots of notes and study hard because the tests and quizzes are mostly based on lectures. As long as you pay attention its an easy A.

Dr. Lisa Mikitch, or Miss, as she likes to be called, is by far the most amazing professor that I've had at Macomb. She is quite honestly the embodiment of all qualities that a professor should have. Dr. Mikitch is an incredible lecturer, and a genuinely kind, caring person. I wish I had her for all of my classes. She's a gem.
