Final is unbelievably hard. This class is ridiculous and consumes way too much of your time for a GE class. Plus, it's incredibly boring. She's nice, but the tests are unfair.

The class gets very boring. She avoids giving direct answers half the time. Little chance to participate, the class is pure lecture. We never finish a power point. Di Cola is pretty nice but I don't like having her as a professor. I would have taken something else for my GE. The textbook is mandatory and expensive for a GE course.

Very nice professor, enthusiastic about the material. Knows her stuff very well. Class can get boring, and everything she teaches is in the textbook. The grade consists of a few assignments, midterm is "take home" and you will most likely get an A if you do the work. Good/easy class to fulfill art ge

Took her for Intro to Visual Arts. Very nice woman, very easy class. As long as you have the book you don't need to pay attention at all. Slept most of the class and got an A on every assignment.

It was sometimes a boring class but I liked it. It's a lot of art history, not art appreciation like she says. A lot of lecture but she's really passionate and if you want to have a discussion, just start one up and she'll gladly debate with you. The workload is very light, the reading completely unnecessary. Pretty easy grader.

DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS. She is not helpful, and is very scatterbrained. She takes her sweet time and never gives back your assignments or grades. I am still waiting to hear back about 2 grades and I am taking her final in 2 days. Most of what she teaches is not on the final. If you don't like to teach your self, than this is not the class for you.
