Sweet lady. She gets real close to you when she laughs. There was a ton of reading. The "role plays" were probably the most useful part of the class. That being said, I hated the class. No one, not one person finished the exam before time was up. She actually came into class and said that she thought she might have made it too long. You did.

there is a TON of reading, but you just have to love her. she is really intersted in what she teaches and probably the most knowledgeable prof. i have ever met. plus she is really interested in helping her students out, not just with school but with their personal lives as well. i like her a lot personally, but don't take her class unless you are prepared to do a lot of reading!
